God’s Law is Love

Time: 10:30 am
Location: Room 754
Facilitator: Tom Brisker

Description:
During the 2023 Fall Quarter session (beginning September 3rd), we will explore the theme of:
God’s Law Is Love.

During the first 4 weeks of the quarter, we will study Biblical texts in Luke and John that help us to understand that Love Completes and the Law Falls Short.

Our 5 week mid-quarter studies will focus in the texts of Romans and Galatians. In those texts we will look at the theme of Faith being triumphant while the Law fails.

During the final 4 weeks of the Fall quarter’s study, the focus will be on freedom. As we look into the texts of Acts, I Corinthians, and Colossians we will see that Christ frees us while the Law serves to enslave us.

We will explore all of these areas as we engage in the Fall Quarter’s ABF Bible study.

The class assembly time is 10:30 am in MCC Room 754. Classes are always casual, interactive, and Bible centered. Tom Brisker facilitates.
