Children's Safety

One of our highest priorities at Madison is the nurturing protection of children. We strive to provide a safe, inviting environment, where kids can come and learn about Jesus while parent(s) attend Adult programs with the peace of mind that their child(ren) are receiving the highest level of care.

Because we want to protect your child(ren) and provide the very best care for them, all child(ren) newborn through 5th grade, must be dropped off and picked up in their classroom by a parent(s) or guardian(s).

Parent(s) of children Newborn through 3years old must “check-in” their child(ren) using the Parent Pager System-prior to dropping them off in their respective classroom(s). Parent(s)s will receive a digital pager, capable of receiving text messages from our teachers. The Pager MUST be returned prior to picking up your child(ren).

Parent(s) or Guardian(s) of childr(en) that are in the preschool will receive 2 plastic security tags, one to be placed on the child and one to be retained by the parent. The tag must be returned to the Child’s teacher when you, the parent(s) or guardian(s) return to pick up your child(ren). For their protection, no child(ren) will be released to anyone that does not present the correct security tag or pager.

Parent Pager

Parent Pager is the state-of-the-art security system that uses a digital pager that is capable of receiving text messages.

Parents of children, newborn-3 must use the Parent Pager system to “check-in” their child prior to dropping them off in their classroom. There are several Parent Pagers located in the Nursery area. When you drop your child off, you are to receive a pager.

If for any reason we need you during the service, we can send you a text message regarding the issue/situation. Your pager will only vibrate, so keep it on you at all times. When the pager vibrates, press the button with the bee logo on it. You will never have to press any of the other buttons.
